Work conception

The maze is a kind of adventure for exploring the life route, however, "The Ripple maze" is more like a big theater of human beings and the nature.

Therefore, the artwork combines two concepts and image of water and maze. It reinterprets life by chance and rheology and expresses my own natural experiences of poetic images.

The ripples as the work's formula in the vast grass slope of Dongshan River Ecoark. In the form of bamboo shed to build the Ripple Maze, but also a natural playground in order to respond to the importance of water in all things, but also correspondings to the Dongshan train station’s melon shed the image. It’s really different visions and status between overlooking a mountain and into the mountains, our path of choice and the dimension of thoughts are like as the flow of water. Every path is a special experience in the maze, and at any time composing the drama between the human and nature.

Each Land artwork is a co-working creation of the people and nature, then we work with the mother land to condense the crystallization. The works are expressed in the form of natural subtle physical states, and emphasizing the natural forces are naturally everywhere. The land artwork brings us not only visual experiences, but also leads us into the experience and aware of our lives.
